Katie is a member of the BIAE, British Institute & Association of Electrolysis. Our treatments are carried out in the highest standard of cleanliness, which has been approved by the East Herts Local Authority.

Waxing will always be an essential part of someones life, which is why Katie uses a system that ensures you will never dread your wax appointment ever again. The system is called Lycon. My Policy

Cancellation policy – Life can change at the drop of a hat but at least 24 hours notice cancellation is requested if you need to change or cancel your appointment, otherwise the following charges will apply, within 24 hours a 50% charge will be applied, if you fail to make your appointment full charge of treatment will apply. It’s not nice having to stipulate this policy, its the few that spoil it for the many. If there is any changes in your medical history whilst having electrolysis it is important to notify me, just in case complications occur, better to be safe than sorry, also if you have given blood it is important for me to be notified.
